VRChat向け、アバターハックの為の警告文（日本語/英語）

数日前、VRChatのアバターハック（アバターの不正コピー）が流行している、というニュースが流れました。

その際、Twitterでこんなアイディアを拝見しました。

※Unitypackage化&再配布については確証がないそうです。

私はこの方法で自衛をしようと思い、

利用規約と契約書をお願いしている政書士事務所さんに原文を、

人力翻訳サービスさんにお願いして英文を制作しました。

【警告】

当3Dモデルの権利者は、利用者が成果物及び本商品に関する3Dモデルデータの不正アップロード又は不正利用行為をすることを禁止します。3Dモデルデータは、運営者、製作者、購入者及び利用を許可された者のみ取得できるものであり、その他の第三者が当該データを取得した場合は、すみやかに削除してください。利用者がこれに反した場合は、1回あたり500,000円の違約金を運営者に支払わなければならないものとします。

The holder of the rights to this 3D model forbids the unlawful uploading or unlawful use of the 3D model data regarding the deliverable materials and/or this product. Acquisition of the 3D model data is limited to the administrator, manufacturer, purchaser, and other persons or parties who have acquired permission. In the event that any other third parties have acquired said data, they must remove and delete it immediately. If any user violates these conditions, they must compensate the operator with a penalty fee of JPY 500,000 for each instance of violation.
